J Long Hardware Abrasive is a joint venture founded in 1984. We specialize in all kinds of resin-bonded abrasive wheels with liability insurance for global market. Currently, we have sole agents for our Robtec-brand items in Iran, South Korea and Egypt, and our products have entered the mainstream markets. Our main clients include Dronco in Germany, Hitachi in Japan, LG in South Korea and Grainger in the US. In addition, in order to improve the product quality and the management continually, we always communicate with famous companies.
Yearly Turnout Reaching over 80 Million Pieces
We have cultivated a number of professional and technical personnel. Our production team is intelligent, highly capable and skilled. So far, we have more than 20 modern automatic production lines and two tunnel kilns which are the leading units in the country. With such resources, our production capacity reaches more than 80 million pieces a year.
Our Other Achievements
In 1999, we got the Germany’s MPA authentication. In 2005, the non-blocking mesh wheel which is self-developed obtained national patent. The railway cutting disc and the ultra-thin stainless steel section which were launched in 2007 surpassed the developed country's product level. Our products Robtec and Sanlu, have become popular in Europe, the US, Japan and other developed areas.
In 2008, we built a shop and a production base in Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province. We will set up sales companies in Shanghai, the US and Germany in the next five years.
Annual Export Capacity of $150 Million
Our factory can produce 180,000 pieces daily, with diameters ranging from 75 to 400mm and thicknesses from 1.0 to 8.0mm. Moreover, our annual export capacity is $150 million. For your assurance, we have passed the ISO 9001 certification and all our products have got the MPA certificate, which is based on EN 12413 standards.
